Blue Hayes is a beautifully restored 1920s Art Deco coastal home created for relaxed stays with family and friends. The house blends period character with high-end contemporary comfort, with big social spaces, calm bedrooms, and sea views across Torbay.
The main living level is built around an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area designed for socialising, with large windows and doors that connect directly to the garden. Outside, the south-facing landscaped space has a Mediterranean feel, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen that makes summer evenings easy.
Upstairs, three generous bedrooms sit on the first floor, while the entire top floor is dedicated to a standout master suite: panoramic views, a freestanding bath, and spa-style steam and sauna features that turn a normal break into a proper retreat.
